Two years after the first operation , type IA recurrence hiatal hernia. At the first operation, hernia repaired with bio-absorbale mesh. But we don't find the mesh because the mesh was completely dissolved. We only find the tacks on the cruses. After mobilizing the esophagus, we closed the hernia defect with running v-lov suture 2/0. and placed the DynaMesh Hiatal .
