During cholecystectomy, resistance was encountered at the first entry from the umbilicus, so the subumbilical entry was checked. It was observed that the Meckel diverticulum extended to the umbilicus . After cholecystectomy, simultaneous mekcel diverticulectomy was excised extracorporeally with GIA.
