    85 year-old male. He was operated for left side inguinal hernia with TAPP tecnique nearly ten years ago. The hernia recurred . I repaired the sliding hernia with TAPP again and I didn't remove the previous mesh. I covered the hernia cavity and old mesh with 3D 15x10 cm new mesh. Mesh was fixed with CapSure.
